eLearning Community Engagement Managers

In this role the right candidate will be the owner of the global Adobe eLearning community. In this role, you’ll be the main connection point between all internal stakeholders and our hundreds of thousands of customers around the world. You’ll lead our global community strategy, both in-product and on the web. You will also be responsible for crafting our communications strategy on multiple social platforms and migrating these conversations, to the central Adobe eLearning community portal. You will have to manage the community membership, member experience and its tiered benefit structure.
In this role you will be the project and program manager for all engagements within the community, such as hosting customer reference program, online events, rolling out beta testing programs, to managing product launches within the community base. You will help and guide people resolve their issues and turn unhappy customers into our strongest evangelists. The right candidate is always looking for unique and exciting ways to solve problems with exceptional support and exceptional communication, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly while developing trustworthy relationships with our community. He or She is an expert negotiator as this role will involve liaisoning with key internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Evangelists, Solution Consultants, Support and more. As a member of a cross-functional team the right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on" environment, and can operate and coordinate across multiple teams. Knowledge of Social Media listening & responding tools will be an advantage.
5-7 years of experience, working with customers and/or partners.
B.Tech + MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Colleges/Universities.
Incredibly empathetic and understanding of both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will be a powerful advocate for the Adobe eLearning community experience.
