Job Description

This position is for a Program Manager in the Core Services and Technologies group. In this role the person will be responsible for program management of Adobe products' & services' globalization (including localization). He/she will be responsible for cross functional scheduling, planning & coordination, risk management, delivery tracking, and overall driving of all milestones for multiple Adobe products and services for the international markets.

There will be a need to manage & develop the vendors worldwide. Also, handling dependencies in and out will be a key activity for the person hired on this position. The person should have good knowledge of a software product development life cycle. The person should be a go-getter with ability to multi-task and stay on top of lot of things simultaneously. The person should be able to use MS Project or other such tools for project scheduling & tracking.

Eligibility Criteria

Total experience of 7+ yrs and a relevant experience of at least 4-5 yrs in Project/Program Management.

BE/BS degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) required with a recent background in program/project management; MBA is a must and PMP/PgMP will be a plus

Strong technical background and experience of working with cross-functional teams

Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams

Working closely with engineering to identify issues and resolve it with the vendors / product team

Ability to facilitate inter-departmental meetings to resolve complex issues.

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Vendor management skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and work with a team. A “get-it-done” self-starter who not only gets it done quickly and smartly, but delivers a high quality result.

Proactive, flexible, and have impeccable follow through. Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open & positive attitude

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent (Required)

MBA or equivalent degree or experience to match

Relevant Project Management experience and/or PMP/PgMP certification will be highly desired
