The scope of this role includes selling our Platform (HRMS) to HR Recruitment Organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess a consultative ‘problem solving’ approach to selling and be able to showcase our platform and range of solutions to prospects.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Outbound prospecting and developing new business territories
• Demoing the product on sales calls and on GoTo Meetings to prospects
• Creating and executing targeted prospect email campaigns in conjunction with Marketing
• Making outbound cold calls and assisting with various social media sales campaigns,
• Phone calls with the decision makers to finalize the sale, and
• Interfacing with several internal departments including marketing, technology and operations.
- 1+years of experience will be added advantage
- Any BBA/MBA Fresher can apply.
- Candidates must have strong fluency in English supported with regional local language.
- Must posses the convincing power
