Job Description

Profile: IT B2B Business Development Executive (International Process)


·         Identifying target markets and prospective clients.

·         In depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle and managing clients through the pipeline to contract stage.

·         International client calling experience.

·         Responsible for new client acquisitions, management and leading key relationships to meet higher business revenue targets.

·         Planning and analyzing the projects in hand.

·         Client management and retention.

·         To ensure the accuracy, quality and timeliness of delivery and analysis for the same.

·         To participate in multiple client assignments with competing deadlines.

·         To manage Service levels as per SLA given.

·         Requirement gathering & analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

·         Qualification-Any Graduate/PG/MBA

·         Demonstrate great Sales experience in a B2B environment.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·         Ability to handle pressure.

·         Good at Multitasking.

·         Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals in a tough sales environment.

·         Strong negotiation skills for effective deal closure.
