Job Description

·        Timely renewal of customer license keys; ALC (Annual License Charge) license key renewal

·        Ordering VAR (Value added Resellers)- Internal license requests

·        Ordering Evaluation license request by creating SBO (Special Bid Offer), PO (Purchase Order) if necessary

·        Ordering Parallel usage license request

·        Ordering ALC backup license keys

·        Ordering Test license keys  

·        Ordering Emergency license keys

·        Updating database with renewed license key details

·        Updating database with Customer & Sales person contact information

·        Updating database with expiration date of license keys

·        Updating License key order process document time to time whenever Dassault system changes process and terms & condition related to licensing

·        Creation of formats and templates for smooth ordering of VAR license keys 

·        Resolving order processing related issues by interacting with all the stake holders -  Customer contact point, Internal sales team & DS sales and license key order management team

Eligibility Criteria

Strong communication skills in two parts:

1.) very strong writing skills utilizing the rules of English grammar; 2.) verbally clear, concise, and grammatically correct oral (speaking) communication skills in English

Experience and knowledge and/or willingness to learn: Knowledge of DSx client system/ license key ordering process and tools; media ordering process and tools

Ready to work under emergency situations

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure

Positive, self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments

Highly organized with critical attention to details

Ability and willingness to self-teach new and advance software functions; coaching and instruction will be provided, but we want someone who goes after knowledge

Advance knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint functions. Knowledge of Jira collaborative tool is an added advantage

At least one additional language other than English, such as (but not limited to), German, French, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, etc will be an added advantage
