Only the best of the best should apply. Current telephone cold call experience mandatory. Seeking true telephone hunters who are currently succeeding in a 100% outbound, cold call environment. Special consideration given to those with extensive cold calling experience to C-level executives in the tech industry. Aurea is an aggressive technology firm constantly acquiring state-of-the art companies and taking them to the next level. Our current initiative involves growing the technology suite of MessageOne.
As an SDR at Aurea, you will be a key player in our go-to-market strategy, cold calling C-level decision makers. The ultimate goal of these conversations is to ensure that our services will add significant value to the prospect and to set up a longer discovery call and trial. You will quickly become knowledgeable on the market’s pain points and needed solutions which will serve as the basis for messaging experiments to continually refine our core product offering.
- Cold calling a provided list of prospects who may have engaged with our inbound content, blog, emails, or marketing materials, and setting up next-step qualification calls and demos
- Moving swiftly past gatekeepers and quickly engaging decision makers to agree to a next step discovery call
- Quickly presenting a detailed overview of our products to decision makers at prospective client companies
- Executing data-driven messaging experiments to refine Aurea’s most effective market messaging
- Collaborate with internal executive team to create effective on-the-ground strategies
Location: Global (remote)
Working hours: 40 hrs/week

Required Skills and Experience:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- At least five years of recent sales success, preferably in the technology field
- The last two years of your experience must be in an outbound telephone cold call environment
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Aggressive, hungry, and competitive attitude--unafraid of picking up the phone and consistently working through large call volumes (minimum of 100 dials daily)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a 100% virtual environment
- Experienced with various technologies, including CRMs and predictive dialers
