Job Description

Plan and achieve sales targets for the organization through a team of Sales Officers

Develop new sales territories

Plan and achieve other Sales led initiatives – set up and expansion of distributors, growth and experimentation etc.

Branch administration, distribution, channel management in multi-channel environment, dealer and distributor management and local marketing activities

Design and implement innovative Sales Strategies

Set up and grow the Distribution network

Supply Chain Management for the depot

Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required

Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix and selling price

Creative Planning for sales related activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility and reach

Recruit and train Sales team

Overall Development (Coaching, Growth) of the team

Eligibility Criteria

Previous managerial experience of at least 1 year
Initiative taking Ability
Business Focus
Systems & Process orientation
Ability to Motivate and manage a team
Ability to plan and deliver targets 
Good knowledge of Sales Systems in FMCG and Homecare
Need for innovation and a passion to work in Sales
Proactive go getter attitude
High degree of commitment
Strong Ability to influence non-reporting relationships
