Digital Marketing Operations Analyst

Support deployment of key email initiatives and provide statistical-based feedback with a focus on yield and optimization.
Learn, hands-on, about email delivery, reporting metrics, statistics, HTML, WordPress, pivot tables and more…
Collaborate with Analytics department to provide meaningful feedback for sales and operation team.
Communicate with design and creative departments on initiatives like newsletters, email optimization and A/B testing results
Shift Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM IST, Rotational weekend off with 5 days working
Completed Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
Solid communication and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
Administrative, organization, and project management skills
Highly motivated and self-directed with strong time management skills
Bonus: Previous experience working with Email Service Providers, HTML, WordPress, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Slack experience
