Job Description

Lead Generation by various modes and conversion into customers.
Acquisition of new clients.
F2F meet with high profile investors/doctors / CEOs of IT and retail sector & managing their investment portfolio.
Interacting with prospective and existing clients (HNI Clients).
Conducting sales call and closing the leads.
Lead management and post sales services to the clients.
Building and retaining relationships with clients.
Conducting / Attending corporate events.
Coordination with various functions/departments at various stages of the assigned project.
Managing the team and implementing unique strategies from time to time to generate maximum revenue for the business.
Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
Ability to lead and manage a team and has good networking skills.
Highly disciplined, dynamic, result oriented and a self-starter.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience of 1 yr as Sales / Business Development mandatory.
Candidate must have experience in handling the HNI / Premium Clients.
Candidate must not have more than 4 years of Experience.
Experience in Real Estate preferred.
