Job Description

Paid Ads & PPC Specialist - Search and Social
Campaign management of various kinds
Must understand paid channels like Search, Social, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc from a marketing and paid ad point of view
Must be good at analytics and insights, which should be both gut and number driven
Must understand overall marketing as a function - especially segmentation, targetting, positioning, price, revenue, profitability.
Must be good at google analytics, facebook analytics, emailing automation, marketing automation, and other similar tools
Must have done good amount of A/B testing
Must understand and be appreciative of design better if the person knows a few design tools himself
Must understand copywriting and ad texts

Eligibility Criteria

Should be hardworking, meticulous, sharp, and good at planning as well as execution
Must be both an individual contributor and team player
Must be very sharp minded and fast learner
Must have growth mindest - the ability to find new and out of the box channels of growth
Should be really good at English and ideally a reader
Experience in non-google and non-facebook ad buying and ad platforms is a big plus
Should know and be able to setup Google Tag Manager / GTM and UTM
Good at English & Mathematics
Good at Excel Sheet / Google Sheet
Ideally 2+ Years of work ex in PPC & Paid Ads on both Search & Social Media
