Job Description

To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.
Reporting to the Branch Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Sales experience from any industry is suitable
