Job Description

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions & duties.

Compile and update employee records (personal files)

Provide clerical & administrative support to HR Manager

Daily Monitoring of Time Office activities

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absent, leaves, permissions etc)

Assist our Recruiters to source candidates and update database.

Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have good Communication as well as presentation skill.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Technologies - Word, Excel, PPT
