Job Description

Working as training employees in International BPO
Help refine and improve the design of our existing customer service workflow.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Should have International BPO experience or exposure.
  • Should have good knowledge in Training.
  • Should have good understanding of Customer Service/Support.
  • Soft skills trainer would be preferred.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
