Job Description

This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects for SLAN.
Sports from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing & market research, database & etc.
Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company and services.
Managing and Leading the Sales Executives.
Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all time.
Prior experience in interacting with the clients and maintain good rapport with existing clients and new clients.
Assist with designing leagues and tournaments for both indoor and outdoor sports.
Responsible for planning the game day i.e right from budgeting, planning and coordinating staffing needs, assisting facility management, overseeing operational nuances, developing production sheets etc.
Managing and Leading the Operation Executives.
Game operations is a broad field that comes with responsibilities in planning, setting up for, and managing all game day events in a sporting facility.
Assigning and Organising the work for the Executives.
Need to have good people skills to effectively communicate game day plans and supervise lower-level technical staff.

Eligibility Criteria

Any undergraduate can also apply.

Should only have interest in sports and the sports activities.
