Job Description

  • Screening resumes.
  • Call the Right Candidate to Schedulrd Interview for Required Job.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Designing and updating job descriptions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online Portals and Social Media.
  • Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Create job descriptions.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Eligibility Criteria

Should have knowledge about Recruitment Cycle.
Should know about the various job portals.
Good Communication Skills
