Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Executives to support our growing team. Candidate should have strong attitude, patience, diligence & perseverance

Role: Guide customers of Magic Crate in purchases, provide product information to customer & help with product sales, process orders, help track status & provide updates to customers, assist with order processing.

Eligibility Criteria

Telesales or direct sales experience

Experience with International Call Centres / Sales or Support voice process

Ability to have pleasant conversations with customers in English & Hindi (preferable), Computer skills, good written English & ability to convince customers

Ability to convince customer, handle objections, close sales
