Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.

Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Support Calls.

Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus, and Pop Up Issues.

Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.

Eligibility Criteria

Good Communication Skills.

Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales).

Should be Comfortable with Night Shift.

Must know to close calls and take payment.
