Job Description

Overall responsibility for managing our online sales across our website, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm mall and other marketplaces
Manage our Google ads, Facebook and Instagram ads
Identify new online channels to acquire customers, improve visibility and grow our online sales
Manage and direct an e-commerce sales team to achieve sales and profit goals
Design and recommend online sales programs and sets short and long-term online sales strategies
To meet and try to surpass the monthly sales target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization
Co-ordinate with the sales and other departments to plan, implement and execute the portal content that includes all the feature products, advertising, promotions, information, email responses, advertising campaign management, etc.
Plan and execute the sales operation by adhering to the business strategies and plans of the organization

Eligibility Criteria

2+ years of experience with Google AdWords
Experience with Facebook ads is a plus
Prior experience in a startup or online ad agency is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office
Good analytical project management skills
Ability to motivate and guide the other members and to work independently
Having a positive work ethic to achieve the targets within deadlines
