Zonal Training Manager

Creates and delivers sales training curriculum to the zonal field sales organization.
Focused on increasing product knowledge and/or selling skills, resulting in sales force effectiveness.
Partners with the Training Head in training roll-outs on an all India basis To do Field Joint Work (OJT) with BES /Reps/ FLMs and give feedback to ZBMs and AVP.
Accountable for initiating required field training interventions based on the observations and recommendations
Conducting the initial training program (ITPs) for new hires and support the 90-day new hire learning journey (NHLJ)
Conducts refresher training programs for the tenured BEs / ABMs based on proficiency levels & business needs Analyzes and assesses training effectiveness and provides feedback on a monthly basis to Training Head on revisions, enhancements etc.
Reviews and assists with developing and updating training modules, field training curriculum, training assessments and role-play scenarios
Follows up with Bes/ABMs and ensuring that knowledge assessments are completed as per timelines
Follows up with RBMs to ensure adherence to call analysis forms for the region
Leads the regional communication for the ZBM by sharing best practices, success stories via monthly newsletters for team engagement
Partners with the Training Head for calibration sessions with RBMs/ZBMs to improve the quality of coaching and adherence to coaching on a monthly basis
The person should have proven experience in pharma sales and Sales Training in leading pharmaceutical company.
