Job Description

You are responsible for all the administrative activities of all the Suchirindia Group companies & Verticals.
Responsible to monitor - Telephones, Fax, Xerox CUG connections & direct lines, post/dock/mail & courier services.
Responsible to take care of Security Management & allied aspects.
Company Vehicles & Transport management
House Keeping Services Management & allied matters.
Building maintenance, Plumbing, gardening, and electrical related repair work.
Should take care of assets of the company at all verticals.
Event Management & Coordination activities.
Responsible for Renewing Insurance, Licenses, contracts etc. and subsequent files.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have experience in Administration activities.
