Customer Service Executive
Experience: 4-9 Years
CTC: 3-4 LPA
Customer Interactions of all projects located.
Mobilization of defaulted collections.
To oversee the Collections from the existing Regular / Defaulted customers and all related Correspondence to customers on this regard.
Maintain Customer correspondence.
To update the customers about the project developments from time to time.
To list-out and update the developments Project surroundings of each project and update the same to the customers.
To make sure the payments are received as per norms in the passbooks for the requisitions received towards registration or sale agreement.
To forward the documents for the pre-audit process to the internal audit department.
Candidate should have experience in Customer care department & Real estate field.
