Job Description

Achieving sales targets – Daily/Monthly Agent Targets.

Listing call recordings on regular basis

Fetching reports from the CRM like Daily Sales Report, Lead Status, Lead Distribution to the agents, Agent Performance report & sharing them end of the day with management. 

Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.

Ensuring complete product training including assessment (Any new herbal Product), queries & FAQs related to it so that agent would be able to answer accordingly when on call

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills in English
Work Experience: 6 months to 2 yrs.
