Job Description

Troubleshooting problems on Windows and Mac Computers regarding anything related to peripheral devices and need to provide solutions to the customer over phone.


Salary on 1st of every month.
40 paid leaves in a year.

Eligibility Criteria

People having experience in HP, Dell or BT process can apply.

People working in International BPO in Tech Process can apply. (Outbound or Inbound)

One should be a closure. Should know how to close his own calls.

One should know how to take remote access of the computer.

One should have good command in English.

Should be flexible in Night shift.
