Job Description

This role is responsible for interacting with clients/customers and resolving the queries.

Responsibilities:

Handle user queries through calls and e-mails.

Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.

Shift Timing: 10 am to 6:30 pm
