Job Description

Present ideas in order to promote the brand and to increase sales
Market the properties to potential clients as per the set sales targets through established media, websites, contacts, etc…
Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing plans and strategies to attract clients
Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet their requirement.
Manage your client relationships through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
Update all properties records on monthly basis and provide feedback
Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities
Responsible for giving the right information about the projects and promoting the same
Taking up monthly Targets and working closely on them for closures
Responsible for Lead follow up, project site visit and conversion
Mailing clients project details information prior to site visits
Mailing clients Term Sheets post site visit
Managing relationship of existing Channel Partners for driving sales
Impaneling newer channel partners
Working with channel partners to push quicker sales during Pre-launch activity
Regularly report progress on Sales against the monthly target to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have experience selling (Residential/Plots/Villas) and should have worked in the industry for a minimum of 3 years in the real estate sector.
