Job Description

Handling Delhi/NCR markets and briefing the organizations about the services which are offered by our organization.
Identifying sales opportunities through research thereby generating leads, reaching out to new customers and drafting the proposal.
Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Assessing client requirements and then customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs.
Creating a database of clients through enhanced outbound calls and maintaining the database of the leads generated and make regular follow ups with them.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the potential and existing clients.
Complete B2B model

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate can apply.
Excellent persuasion and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
