Job Description

Understanding the software/application and its functionalities for the personalized explanation of the same to the existing clients.
Handling customer's pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication medium like calls/emails/skype/helpdesk and social networking sites.
Assigning the technical queries of the client to the technical department.
Preparing full user guide of the products for the customers in written and video format as well.
Attending international as well as domestic seminars and conferences regarding promotion of the product with the presentation.
Market research of the products.
Responsible for the new partnership of the organization, acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization
