Manage vendors, clients, a project team consisting of Data Processing, maintain field schedules, monitoring and communicating deadlines to the team, checking questionnaires; specifying deliverable requirements; final review of member deliverables.
Acts as a liaison between the client, vendors and internal team on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met.
Improving the understanding of qualitative and quantitative research technicalities.
Seeking support and guidance from senior members of the research team during business pitches and in preparation of pitch documents
Negotiating with clients and closing business deals in an effective manner.
Always willing to learn new things and implement in day to day activities while coordinating with client/fieldwork partner
Be familiar with applications used for deliverables which include vendor reports, Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, and Internet.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
1 to 3 years’ experience in managing B2B or consumer research projects, preferably for an end-user or consultancy organization or for a field research agency.
