Job Description

Strategy Planning, Implementation of Start to End Sales and Marketing Activities.
Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
Creative concepts in newspaper advertisement activity and generating leads.
Coordination for promotional materials like Brochures, Flyers and other materials.
Ensures all the promotional materials are available on time.
Closely work with the design team for advertisement design and other print promotional materials.
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget and results.
Overall Strategic Planning and Implementation.

Eligibility Criteria

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Negotiating capacity. 

Great interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling sales team of 50-100 members.

Proven Track record of Residential Projects.
