Visiting properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
Coordinating appointments with Client servicing team to show properties to prospective clients.
Intermediate negotiation processes and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
Following up regularly and keep showing new options to the client until he shortlists the property with us.
Following up very carefully along with the client servicing team till the deal closer.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Freshers with excellent communication skills are preferred
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
