Job Description

Answering incoming customer phone calls & take appropriate action for each call.
Maintain record of customer information & Feedback
Making outbound calls if required.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream.
Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Should have proactive approach & can think out of the box to help customers.
