Job Description

Carry out basic administration tasks.
Assist in carrying out various company procedures for all company employees.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person in the office.
Offer tea/coffee/water to the guests and clean and organize the crockery etc back in place.
Supervise and ensure cleaning agent’s timely and proper cleaning of the office as per the contract schedules.
Ensure basic dusting and cleanliness of the office and its equipment/appliances other than cleaning agent’s schedules.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Make phone calls relevant to the office administration tasks.
Organize, order, and maintain office supplies and assets.
Make sure the office is always clean and well organized.
Compile reports and records from all branches and submit regularly as per instructions.

Eligibility Criteria

Previous work experience in front office admin and HR department is a plus but Freshers are also welcome.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Must have basic computer operations knowledge.
Manage and handle multiple tasks with time management.
Manage the work under work pressure.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Professional attitude and appearance.
Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
