Job Description

Managing inbound Calls/Chat/Emails from potential customers of Myforexeye with high focus on customer satisfaction and first contact resolution

Assess the customer's needs and provide financial guidance through the relevant services/solutions provided by the organization

Successfully qualify the interaction into a sales opportunity

Focus on providing first contact resolution and use negotiation skills to close the sale in the first contact wherever possible

Identify requirement where input/research/intervention from a specialized team is required

Liaison with a specialized team to gain the required information and close the sale opportunity

Set expectations &Schedule appointment with customers wherever a specialized team is required to research and contact the customer

Gather required information from customers basis product guidelines, enabling the specialized team to complete the relevant research and contact the customer for sale conversion

Make recommendations for business content/process improvements

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience preferred (Graduation in Commerce Stream will be preferred)

1-2 or more years of customer service and upselling experience

Excellent English Speaking & Written Skills

The Results-oriented individual with strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills

Applies knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex activities with a sales orientation
