Core Responsibility - To create strong relationships with the customers by following twin approach of ESQ and regular engagements through fulfilling service requests
Live out ESQ culture by leading on customer engagements
Map the Neighborhood with customer segmentation across Current Accounts (Ex. DBSA), Savings Account, Trade, Assets, Trusts, Govt. Institutions, Other Institutions etc.
Create ready wish-list of 100 customers within the neighborhood
Regularly train herself/himself by using LUMOS and expertise of product managers and certify oneself on all regulatory certifications
Ensure Key Products and Processes are known (FATCA, AML, KYC and all product fulfillment related)
Has an effective sales culture by implementing eDSR by focusing on creating excellent customer service standards.

Candidate must be graduate
Candidate must have minimum 1-year experience in Banking Sales
Relationship management orientation with strong communication skills
Ability to communicate with diverse profiles of customers
Ability to develop DCB franchise - acumen
Have the ability to understand the positive impact of ESQ on employees/customers
