Job Description

Generate leads
Locate potential clients/partners by exploring opportunities
Generate new customer leads through various channels
Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the location assigned
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him
Cross-selling – other Financial products
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with prior work experience in Home loans/mortgages and insurance sector will be preferred
The person should be ready for field sales
Passion to work and must take initiatives and not avoid targets
Able to keep commitments made to others and ensure that the task is complete
With excellent communication skills
Ready for field sales in Chennai
