Contact customers by telephone in order to promote and sell services, gather information, verify details or post their requirements.
Handle their queries and resolve them.
Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Document transactions by completing forms.
Explain the customers - based on services offers/benefits
Promoting the brand
Taking proper feedback - emails/phones (communication channel)
Willingness to work in a Start-up.
Candidate must possess good communication skill.
Knowledge of computer
Good typing speed
Able to read/write/speak English and Hindi language.
Capability to handle customer queries.
Good convincing power
