Experience: 4-10 Years
CTC: 10-16 LPA
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions and Client Scripts including advanced scripting of each.
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
Create process documentation for the team and provide internal training to team members
Generate reports and KPI analysis as needed
Provide 24 x 7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation with other team members
Education: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a work-related field/discipline.
Experience: 4+ years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
License/Certification: ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Scrum Master (Preferred), ITIL (Preferred)
Ability to conceptualize, plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the work of a major implementation
