Resolve Customer Repair Issues such as Software/Hardware Repairs etc.
To perform onsite repairs for customers at their Homes, Offices or Locations in a timely and safe manner, when required.
To Ensure that a Proper Start-Up and Demonstration is given to customers at their homes, offices or locations and they are given basic training on how to use the products/gadgets.
Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues such as Exchange/Return of Products.
Ensure that Customers are sold add on products such as Screen protectors, accessories as per their requirements
Past Experience of 1 year in customer service in a mobile store.
