Customer Repair Ticket Creation on System
Customer Device Pick Up / Discuss Approval of Job and Delivery Scheduling.
Preparation of Customer Invoice, System Data Entry Management for Purchases of Parts, maintenance of Inventory.
Cash Collection from Customers / Delivery Team.
Conduct periodic marketing tasks such as sending email to customers, SMS to customers and campaign support such as flyer distribution.
E-Commerce Data Entry.
Manage Office Administration Tasks including coordination with Delivery Staff / Technical Support.
