Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Following up on the interview process status with the hiring managers rigorously.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks, etc.).
