Job Description

Developing growth strategies and plans
Responsible for building and managing remote teams and set targets based on business potential
Responsible for preparing a strategy to acquire new clients and achieve set targets
Implement efficient processes and standards based on analytical and strategic planning
Develop and devise ways and means optimum utilisation of resources to attract new clients
Analyse business potential to achieve optimisation of profits
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
Mentor and motivate remote teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally

Eligibility Criteria

7+ years of experience in Business development, and 2+ years of experience in management role
Must have handled a remote team of 15 people or more
Ability to take ownership and drive both operational tasks as well as more strategic decisions
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Passion for building lasting client relationships and stellar deal making abilities
Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills
