Job Description

Developing detailed action plans in consistency with overall organisational strategy
Responsible for managing teams as per different clusters and areas
Set targets for each team with respect to the action plans
Prepare strategies to acquire new clients and explore new territory for acquisition
Implement designed processes and ensure strict adherence to it
Ensure optimum utilisation of financial and human resources to acquire new clients over different geography
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
Liaison with local government and civic bodies and maintain healthy relationships with them
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs, following industry trends
Drafting business proposals for clients and getting them approved by the central team after due diligence at the local levels to formally sign contracts
Researching and exploring business opportunities and viable income streams

Eligibility Criteria

4+ years of experience in Business Development, and 1+ year of experience in a management role
Must have handled a team of 5 people or more
Ability to take ownership and drive both operational tasks as well as more strategic decisions
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Passion for building lasting client relationships and stellar deal-making abilities
Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills
