Job Description

Overall responsible for delivery function across all geographies
Manage a remote team of City Managers across all operations geographies (City Managers will be responsible for Delivery Agents operating within a given territory)
Leading Supply Chain Management, Strategy and Process Excellence programs
Determine effective ways to hire, manage and track team efficiency
Maintaining strict quality standards for overall good customer experience
Designing and deciding the right way of carrying the product
Finding ways to cut costs of delivery and optimise profits
Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

5+ years of experience in logistics roles
2+ years of experience in management or supervisory Role
Must have handled a team of 15 people or more
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability and attitude
Understanding of accounts and finance
