Job Description

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy
Communicate on a daily basis to the central team about daily targets

Eligibility Criteria

2+ years of experience in sales roles
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Passion for building lasting client relationships and stellar deal-making abilities
