Job Description

We are looking for candidates having 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing digitalization.

Responsibilities 

Utilize Functional and/or Technical design and build CRM and E-Commerce solutions

Articulate common data architecture, design, configuration, integration with external solutions, data model and define workflows

Must have good experience in the integration of CRM and E-Commerce solutions with SAP and Non SAP systems

Experience as an SFDC administrator is a must

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM and E-Commerce solutions

Perform configuration and customization of the CRM and E-Commerce solutions as per business processes like Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Visit Management and Visit reports, Case management, Commerce web store, Cart functions, Payment gateway integrations.

Design, configure and develop Customer Portal and Mobile applications.

Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and 'how-to' assistance.

Eligibility Criteria

Should have a thorough knowledge of the Sales & Marketing processes and associated KPIs,

Experience with the Steel industry would be an added advantage.

Should have implementation experience in Sales & Marketing digitalization projects.

Implementation experience in CRM and E-Commerce solutions is a must. (Preferably Salesforce (CRM) and SAP (Commerce).

Good knowledge of the database - SQL, Oracle

Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in Salesforce Einstein / Tableau

Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans, testing, training, and documentation)

Excellent communication skills
