Job Description

Responsible for formulating growth strategies for the Institutional business 
Responsible for garnering, increasing and maintaining AUM, market share, revenue and profits from corporate, banks, FIs
Continuous expansion of institutional client base by acquiring new investors
Maintaining relationships with corporate distributors
Taking care of operational and service related issues and ensuring that institutional transactions are seamless and error-free
Role involves dealing and coordinating with central teams of key distributors from empanelment stage to activation stage
Distribution tie-ups with strategic and key distributors (including national distributors, foreign banks, private sector banks, wealth management set-ups, regional distributors etc.) to formalize sales and product tie-ups 
Monitoring relevant MIS to increase in Product-wise Market share
Activities and training Initiatives with distributors - Investor education initiatives, Fund Manager Meets, Cluster Events.
Formulating a relevant strategy to optimize sales amongst distributors across all regions by analyzing market and industry trends

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification: MBA/Graduate

Minimum Work Experience: 3 Years
