Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1-5 Years
Assisting international clients for Windows / MAC / IOS / Printer / Router / Antivirus related issues.
Troubleshooting and selling the relevant plan & software
Closing calls and taking payment.
Candidates must have good communication in English.
Candidates must have Experience in Technical Support(Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)
German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.
Should be flexible in working in Night shift
Candidates must be flexible with rotational offs
Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week
