Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with tech skill set.
Competency in Excel, any project management tool is an added advantage.
Experience using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, and PowerPoint with proficiency in Excel and Word.
Able to manage internal and client's escalation and all other disputes.
Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate.
Able to create and maintain training programs of current products and new product launches.
