Job Description

Responsible for Bidding on Portals like Upwork, PPH-People per Hour, Freelancer and Guru etc.
Should have a complete understanding sales cycle of Web Development Business from bidding, negotiating until closer.
Must have experience in Writing Proposals / Costing / Negotiations / Prepare Project schedules.
Preparing Business Engagement Documents SoW, SRS, RFP/RFQ, etc.
Meet and Exceed targets through lead generation.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Knowledge of CMSs and Frameworks.
Open to work in flexible hours to attend international clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Strong Track Record of achieving targets individually.
Ability to understand the requirement of clients on the right way.
Candidate should be comfortable with writing professional proposals for projects.
Estimate projects in terms of time and costs.
Ability to handle clients.
Excellent communication skills, able to well communicate with clients across the world.
Willing to work in odd hours to handle client as per their business time zone
Should possess Excellent Communication & Analytical skill.
Ability to develop a business plan and strategy.
